You’ve done your research on wedding photographers, (maybe more than you’d like to admit,) and still haven’t found the “perfect” fit. Nowadays everyone has incredible images, but you are looking for something more. You want more than just incredible images, you want an incredible experience.

From your first message until your wedding day and beyond, your experience with Evan Carpenter Photography will be centered around creating & photographing moments that you will cherish forever. We will tell your love story in a way that only makes sense for you, creating timeless images that will be the legacy of your love for decades.

1. Let's talk over coffee!

I want to get to know you and your story! Send me a message and we can meet for coffee or set up a virtual call! After our call I will send you full pricing guide breakdowns so you have all the information you could need!
2. Join the family!

Once we’ve created the perfect package for you I’ll send your contract and deposit invoice! Once your 25% deposit has been paid and contract has been signed your date is officially secured! Let’s start scheduling your engagement & bridal sessions! Welcome to the ECP family!
3. Recieve Your Wedding Guides!

Need recommended vendor lists? Don’t know where to start when creating your wedding timeline? Have no idea what to wear for your engagement session? Don’t worry! You’ll receive my guides for it all!
4. Time to get excited!

As we move through your engagement I’ll check in with you once a month or so (probably more via social media ha.) You have all access to me through this process!
5. Month of the Wedding

One month before the big day I will send you a questionnaire about your special day! This will help me better understand the flow of your day and how to photograph it perfectly! Always feel free to shoot me a text with any questions!
6. WEDDING DAY IS HERE!

Let’s get you married! All the planning has been done and the special day has finally come! Enjoy your day knowing I will capture everything beautifully and timelessly.
7. Receive your gallery!

Your gallery will be ready 6-8 weeks from your wedding date! Don’t worry you’ll get 2 batches of previews along the way (I can’t help but share as we go!)
